Delivery Information
Delivery information for shipping with couriers:
All finished product orders shipping with Westcoast, Mainland, or another courier of your choice will be boxed or shipped on a wooden rack. Boxes are $9.00 each and recycled boxes are $2.50 each. Boxes fit 2 trays or about 10 of the 19cm pots. Large and tall plants can take multiple boxes. Liner and plug material with 4 trays per box is $15.00 a box for shipping. Wooden racks are $75.00 each.
Please ensure an account has been set up with the courier before shipping or shipment could be delayed.
All product sent on a wooden rack/cart with a courier will have winter insulation (bubble wrap) during the winter months. Winter insulation is $32.50 per cart. The product shipped on a wooden rack is not boxed.
Getting healthy and happy plants delivered to you is important, and insulation will keep your plants free from cold damage.
Invoices for orders will be emailed once they are packaged and ready to ship.
Shipping with West Coast Floral
Orders shipping with West Coast need to be in by 1 pm on Friday for Tuesday shipping
Starting March 3rd (week 9) until June 2nd (Week 22) West Coast will be running their Friday delivery truck. To request Friday shipping, please let us know by requesting West Coast Floral – Friday in the “Delivery or Will-Call” selection when placing your order.
